A friend just gave me an old "Heddon Expert" bamboo fly rod. I won't be fishing w/ it - I have plenty of rods and he just gave it to me b/c I would appreciate it - It has the following numbers written on the base near the handle:
#12.5 - 81/2' - 21/2 - F - HCH or D.
What do these numbers mean?
