So, not hearing anything from nyfisherman during the swap an after numerous PMs, I tied up a dozen czech nymphs of suitably different design to round out the swap. Everyone's flies will be in the mail tomorrow - hopefully no one minds this amendment, but I'd like to get you your flies back in short order.

My two flies are:

1. A case caddis (dark blue sedge in my parts) fashioned after a herl case caddis pattern, but much more successful for me. I substitute swisher wiggly peacock dubbing for the herl. I fish it czech numph style - it is heavily weighted and is a great anchor fly. Takes are very positive and I think the texture aids in fish not spitting the fly out immediately. From late November to mid-May, I usually have one of these on a three-fly czech rig.

2. A czech nymph, with ostrich plume for legs.
