Was checking out Enrico Puglisi's site earlier and see that he has some instructional videos available to "members". Looked at the sample video (peanut butter) at it looks pretty decent. All of the other videos are for members only. Went to register, and see that there is a $20 charge for a years membership.

My questions are; Has anybody "joined"?, Are the videos worth it?, Are you able to download the videos so you have a hard copy?
