One itty bitty pompano, but stay tuned..I hope to add to that total in 2010.
At least I finally broke the ice...Number two should be easier.

    ..... I could add a gray seal to my list....a smaller one, 400 - 500 pounds
I didn't land it of course, but it sure made my drag sing

    Wink

I'll keep this to just the fish I've caught in the Northern Californian Surf.
Pile, Barred, Walleye, Shiner, Redtail, Silver, Shiner, Striped & Rubberlip Surfperch. Opaleye,
Striped Bass, Cabezone, Kelp Greenling, Lingcod, Steelhead, Leopard Shark, White Croaker, Bat Ray, Pacific Halibut, Starry Flounder, Pacific Sanddab, numerous pacific Rockfish species, Jacksmelt, Staghorn Sculpin...I think that covers it.(?)

Around about February, I'd trade just about all of them for a warm sunny day and a few Crevalle.

    Best, Dave
