model airplane prop reamer (sold at hobbie shops) or drill
glue
1. one eat orieos and remove lable and rince
2. take fliline spool and match the bottem or the cup to the smaller side of the flyline spool.
3. glue the mono spool non sectioned side down centered onto the upper half of the flyline spool and while it dries plan out how you would like the layout to be.
4 take the largest plastic tube that fits your bobbin tips and cut so their 1/4" over the top of the mono spool allowing the bottems to sit on the lower lip of the mono spool.
5. take the reamer and slowly create the holes for the tubes in the mono spool turning the reamer slowly. till the tube fits snuggly. insert and glue only the bottems
6. center and glue the upper half of the now dry top of the stand to the top of the cup.
7. once everything is dry plan out and begin to create the holes for your hanging tools. ( sissors, dubbing brush and what ever elce.)
8. once everthing is dry place in your tools. if you wand glue some cork or felf to the underside of the bace.
the sectioned underside of the mono spool is great for holding small items like hair stacker, heckle pliers ect.
the hight allows tools to hang freely with out damaging their tips. and allows for long items to touch the botttem and be held in place by whatever you wish.
