    Default Fraud alert

I've had a member concerned that he did something wrong when he got an email from webmaster@faol.

I Just got a phishing (NOT THE GOOD fishing...) email claiming to be from automailer@flyanglersonline.com

    AS A RULE:...
We don't send out emails from aliased accounts. (with the notable acception of automated your email has been received..)

    IN GENERAL..
Even if you KNOW the person well, never follow a link to a site to verify ANYTHING. Never open attachments that are executable from ANYONE.
And suspect some low life is behind every email you get. In my case.. you'd be right

As a rule admins will PM you if there is an issue.
If they contact you direct it should be from a real email not something like autoresponder or webmaster..

Personally... The death penalty is too quick for spammers. Let's bring back stoning..

    Take care all..

This is what happens to people who think worms are a good thing, Ron.

    Thanks for the heads-up.

    Default hrmmmmmm

So I will assume that the last 2 punishment posts was in reply to MY post about spammers, and HOPEFULLY not the worm drowner remark from DG

    I'm going home.
1.5 hours of driving to go...
    Tomorrow starts another day ...

Ron, if you ever come through Nashville, let me know. I'll even dig up some worms for you, if you need them.
