Being a Tolkien fan myself, I've always been fond of the line in one of Bilbo's poems: "Not all who wander are lost"

As a matter of fact, when I left my job, that was the sig of my goodbye email to my coworkers, since I am averaging about 4 years per job (that particular one I was at 5 years).
