I'm guessing you went 1 inch in on the side slots and of course centered the middle one....are you happy with that?....any limberness/waviness in the outer strips of wood?
Also the drilled holes at the ends of the slots....are they mainly to insert the bolt heads?....probably also to assist in starting and stopping the router?
I've made my pegs and I will be able to insert them any where in the slot so I'm thinking I may only drill a 1/4" start and stop hole.....see any problems????
