Angel of death pattern?

I'm looking for a salmon pattern called the Angel of death. I can't seem to find it in the many places that I look for patterns. I will settle for a photo if not a complete recipe. Have no idea what this thing looks like. Thanks

The coffey sparkle minnow is also referred to the angel of death from what I've seen.

The Coffey Sparkle Minnow, looks like a twist on a bugger. Again, tough fly to find a reference too.

Body : half yellow and black silk
Bodyhackle : yellow

I'm sure that more than one fly is called Angel of Death, but Diane I think that this is more along the right track for my salmon fly that I am trying to find. Now just need a picture. Some of us old guys just get it better by seeing it. I understand the components, just not the way that it is all put together
