Well when I fish or sail with my brother it always seems to be the same. Fish don't bite wind doesn't blow! We fished the Upper Lewis river in the shadow of Mt St. Helens. It was a beautifull stretch of river. We concentrated on the rock gardens as we had a tip from one of my brother's fishing buddies that two weeks before they caught 4 or 5 6 to 8 lb rainbows. We on the other hand caught nothing, but big fun was had by all.
