Now you are putting me on the spot. My memory says 9 on bottom and 28 on top. Shooting for a 350 degree bake. But if you ask David L he will tell you that my memory is suspect!
If you need an absolute I will need to get back to you on that one. I am glad you liked it. It was a double recipe in a 14 inch oven. Richard's bake tators were not to be missed. Simple and great!
Since that was a success I need to work on my fishing photography. I have no pictures of fish at all for that trip. I slipped while trying to land a salmon on an Alaskan trip an drowned my favorite camera in the late 80's and I haven't been brave enough to take one to the water since! I know I could use a baggie but still . . .
