Question about Free Drawing

I see there is a disclaimer about the free drawings and duplicate entries. I can't remember filling out the stuff for this drawing, so I was going to do it again, but does that invalidate my first entry if I actually did fill it out?

Are both entries removed from the drawing, or just the 2nd (and subsequent) ones?

I have always wondered this...what if you delete your cookies and all other internet temporary files...will your entry be deleted?
