I'm not sure what type of lights Bill used when he took the close ups of the heron. The feathers on the chest showed up yellow, but they're actually a gray blue color. He did get a better shot of the texture of the feather's than I did. Of course he probably used his camera, which is better than the point and shoot one I have.

I don't have the patience for the fancier camera. I showed the quilt tonight at my guild and everyone loved it. The quilt show chairmen definitely would like to have it in the show on Oct. 17 & 18.
