    Ron,

I appreciate all your hard work for FAOL and "thank you"....

Now if only I could get a fly rod in your hands and get you in the river......

    THANK YOU

    Ron ,
I was actually startled when I opened up the main page this morning and saw my mug staring at me. What a surprise! "The Gang of Twelve", you showed quite an imagination. Nice job.

It is nice to put some faces with names and this was a nice surprise. I especially liked the faded images of James Castwell and Al Campbell.

Nice work on the board and good luck.

As far as I can tell everyone involved with FAOL are doing a super job. The home page collection was a nice touch. When I posted that photo I was afraid I was going to be the ugliest guy on the website, but I see it's going to be a close competition.

Thanks for everything you and the Lady have done to make this such a great place to visit.

    Thumbs up In the trenches

Ron.... I for one dont consider you a "flunky" and please delete that term from your future articles! There are always people in the background that keep things running and most dont really appreciate or understand all of inner workings that must be dealt with to keep the ship not only working, but moving forward. Kudu's to you, and all the other folks for making and keeping FAOL one of the best and most user friendly sites dedicated to a sport we all love...........Ed

    Thumbs up Thank Ronn

During my 27 years of military service, I always treasured administration clerks, who could cut through the red-tape, dot tie "i's" & cross the "t's" and get the paperwork through on the first try. I admired the supply personnel, that always got me, the parts and items I requested, with no delays or back-orders. I respected those who's leadership, inspired others who, other otherwise would have been discarded as not worthy of further training.

But I most of all those who step into the breach, when times get tough, and take on a "Mission Impossible", and keep a operation running!

Thank You, Ronn Tidd, you have a very difficult task to keep this site running, until Deanna returns to handle the daily operation of FAOL.

This site has grown over the past 12 years, and it is impossible for just one or two individuals, to keep a weekly magazine running. There are many members on this site, that have a lifetime of experience, and now have the time, to step up and help out, with whatever way they can to ease the load of work, of others.

I hereby am volunteering for duty!
