    Default late summer bass

    had about an hour to fish today so i went to one of my favorite ponds. i did well!

    That's a nice looking bass -- looks real healthy and has good color. Bet it was fun on the longrod.

    yes john i thought it could'nt get any better so i was off!
    i was using my sage launch 7 weight. it was bent in half lol .dalberg diver in a frog/green color

    Hey Chris,
    Naaaahce Feeeesh.I think that's the way Bill Dance used to say it. I'm still waiting to catch my first bass on a fly rod. BTW, how's that 8 weight Albright working for you?

    joe, i love that rod. it has landed a many of bass and im going to use it for redfish on the coast shortly! it is a great set-up!
