I've had a few posted on here (mostly from my trip to TN in June), but here is one of me from my trip to the Green River below Flaming Gorge Dam in Utah a couple of weeks ago.
I had just rowed the right-hand line down Red Creek Rapids on the "B" section of the Green. Pretty much everyone goes down the left side. It was my first time down these rapids, and the chute on the right looked better to me. I made it through only very slightly scraping one rock on the bottom of the boat, but it was unavoidable and there was no damage. Now I am able to say, "Only real men take the chute on the right side of Red Creek Rapids..."
We pulled over in a small hole right after the rapids so my Dad could fix his fly, and while waiting for him I managed to land this 21" Brown on a size 10 Black Chernobyl Ant.
PS - Hey Blue, nice hat you got there...
