It's been awhile since I've been here, and that's because I have been spending an inordinate amount of time with my other hobby...cooking and baking. Here is a shot of me (on the left with the FAOL cap) with my cooking buddy Scott. Me and Scott cook dinner for 400+ each month from October thru April at our church, and we have a group of ladies who serve the meals. This is a sampling of spaghetti & meatballs a couple of months ago...

And here I am in my favorite spot in the house, with a few of my closest friends...

    Sticky Buns

    Mini Epi Baguettes for appetizers

    Oatmeal Cinnamon Swirl Bread

Not to sure this will work but here goes.....Latest trip to Conewago Creek south of Bigerville, Penna. I'd put this as my avatar but it keeps telling me that the picture is to large and I'm at a loss as to how to reduce...any thoughts on this one?

fishing.JPGJust encase I show up at the Mi fishin I figured I would put my mug on the wall.
I have a place on the Ausable S branch and spend most of my fishing time in the Ausable system. I have been a member for a long time but a seldom poster. I did stop by and say hi to a few people getting together at the Fly fishing show but I must have caught them at a bad time cause they were not to interested in talking to me.

    Bird dog,
Love the pic! Looks like that fish just bit your thumb.

I finally managed to find a pic of me. Change the channel now, while you still can.

Kirk Nice shirt! That picture is the type of shot you get when night fishing with a new moon in Michigan. after the picture you can't see for another 5 minutes.

I love those shirts. We have a tradition at work, where everybody wears a Hawaiian-flowerdy shirt on Fridays. I do it the other way around. I wear one every day EXCEPT Friday.

Between the sun and smoke in my eyes, and telling my 15 yo to hurry up and take the picture, so I could put the fish back, I look like I'm ready to chew nails. lol

That ground mount and spare barrel for the C6 (CDN) would make for a hard slog in those hills
I bet it would be hard to fly cast from that speedy little baby..
