    High mountain lake and Golden Trout..

    first some Fisch (er) pics


    Love this one he was in just as I opened the hatch, asleep as I loaded kit for ride home.



    There is a lake up there

    getting closer..

    Lake is rotated to protect it's location from those whom may think they know were it is..

    Congratulations.

    I, too, would like to get a golden trout one of these days. Maybe if I remember to get a passport before next summer ......

    I did have a similar experience recently. A nice native and wild grayling down in SW Montana. Beautiufl fish. Just like yours, except a lot different.

    I love Grayling fishing, that was a trip of a life time, get that P/port and we have a date..

    I do have to get mine also.. and hit those lovely creeks and streams down your way..

    Sonny fishing California has also been one of my dreams.. high mountain streams in the north I think....

    Great golden. One of the biggest ive seen in pictures. One day ill have to leave the east coast for some of those beautiful fish.
