Default Just Like a Bad Penny....

Well I am back, been away a long time, the whole time I was gone, I really missed this site.

Took me a long time to come to terms with the reason for my departure, but that is all water under the bridge.

I just hope you are happy to see me back, as I am to be back.

PS: For those who do not know me, I joined FAOL in October of 1997. I am still listed on "Friend of FAOL", near the bottom of the list as a Chartered Member. I use to write the weekly "Tying Tip" column, after "Muddler stepped down from those duties. I also hosted multiple fly swaps for Beginners. Couple of years there were 4 group (10 members in each group) particlipating at the same time over the winter months. I also have written many other articles that are still of FAOL.

PS: Thinking about starting up my Beginner's Only Fly Swaps this winter... more about that later.

Welcome back Parnelli. 'Course as newbee you have to bring the coffe and donuts. As I recall you can cook a bit so other snacks are acceptable.

    Hey Parn,
Here's a picture you might remember.

    That was a fun fish-in.

You have been missed and I am glad you are back. I still have your CD's of the "Fly of The Week" and really appreciate all the work you done putting them together. So glad you are back and will look forward to your posts.

    Welcome

Fly fishing and fly tying are two things that I do, and when I am doing them, they are the only 2 things I think about. They clear my mind.
