SHORE DAY

Rick tries his luck from the shore, looses a few flies in the process, and then in true Rick fashion goes and catches them back. Oh, and in his spare time he converts another fisherman to the art of the fly.

Mr Rick.. Stay out of Washington state.
We like having fish in our streams, lakes, and ocean.
Of course the ultimate challenge exists here you know..
A whale on a fly; they say it can't be done.
Hmmm... Anyone got a good krill pattern?

Oh, perhaps you should offer your services recovering lost gear.
Ever catch a whole rod, real and tackle box?

You put any possible aspirations of mine to shame I'm afraid, but I do enjoy proof reading these articles. Just remember "Your home state loves you", not so much the fisheries in any other state... LOL

I live in a spot hwere there are amany fertile ponds to fish.
Never caguht a full rod and reel, but I did write a tory before aboutr catching some bass that had plastic worms in their jaws.
Hung the worms on a tree limb and let folks go nuts trying to figure out what happened.

Gave a casting lesson and osme flies to the guy I fished with in tis article.
Now having him practice to be as bad a caster as I am.
