well - I probably won't be on too much, but i actually went fishing for the first time in 4 years. new job has been nutty, and every time I have tried to go it has gotten in the way. I was sad to see the news of JC.

I actually dug out the fly tying box too, and tied a few flies to get ready to fish. I'm hoping I will get a chance to use them (crosses finger).

Sure hope and pray that your work will allow you some tying and fishing time. Sounds like you need both for sure so take advantage of either one every time you get a chance. Will look forward to hearing from you when you can post.

Fly fishing and fly tying are two things that I do, and when I am doing them, they are the only 2 things I think about. They clear my mind.

well - I'm beginning to figure if I don't have time to fish at least I can tie... tie is making itself available slowly lol.

If you can't be fishing, tying, planning, or thinking about it is the next best thing. Wish I could get out more often, but I love the times when I can.

I hate it when work gets in the way of life. But, I'm sure glad I have a job. Ironic huh?

If work gets in the way of fishing, you need to make, at least, a small adjustment in your priorities. Good to hear from you again, Solowookie! Don't be stranger! 8T

I agree, but a shift in priorities doesn't put food on the table lol
