Short fishin trip this morning.

Caught 2 bass 13"and 11", 1 10" redear, and a nice warmouth on 8wt and 4" plastic worm. I added tiny splitshot and it seemed to help. I love to watch the line move off when the fish pick it up but sometimes I never know they have picked it up. I probably would have given up on this method if not for the encouragement from FAOL members. Thanks

Another way of adding weight is to insert a nail into the plastic. Use different size nails for different drop speeds. Since the nail is buried in the plastic, it won't shatter the rod if it hits during the cast.
