Holy Cow, Mato! Them is some big bugs! Unlike Trav and others, I await the hatch of smaller bugs like the Mother's Day Caddis and the almost daily hatch of BWO's on our numerous cloudy days. The one exception is the October Caddis hatch on the Selway River. Those, too, are some big bugs.
Happiness is wading boots that never have a chance to dry out.
Mato, I think Joe V. has a recipe for that...

This year on the Henry's Fork of the Snake the Salmonfly hatch was interupted by an unusual amount of rain. When I did finally find the hatch it was overpowered by an even larger/more annoying mosquito hatch.

What a great pic!! That big bug has a headlight.
Good fishing technique trumps all.....wish I had it.
