Never brag about you equipment or skill. One is obvious and the other will be.

Certification info
All of the requirements are on the Federation website (link on the previous post).
Do a search on the FFF website for CI's or MI's for your state or region and find a coach. This can help immensely. Remember the test is not just about casting; but, about teaching. Many folks miss this distinction and can cast terrific; but, can't teach!
It took me 2 tries; but, well worth the effort since the process enabled me to develop into a better instructor. Go for it!
