    Default loose rod ferrel

    how do you tighten loose graphite rod ferrels (sp?)

    Are you talking about a spigot ferrule or a sleave over ferrule?

    If its a sleave over ferrule you can try rubbing some parrafin wax on the male part but if it's real loose it may need to be sent in for repair. If it's a spigot ferrule and there is no gap when assembled, you should send it back for repair.
