Your Foam Back Royal Humpy, on a size 16 hook, had a field day down here in SE Idaho today on Birch Creek.

The local bows and brookies got along well and played nicely with the humpy. Fished it for about and hour and caught somewhere around 15 fish. Had a bunch more looking at it, hitting it, and a couple that jumped clear out of the water to take it, and missed it !!

This fly is going to continue to see action over the summer months, for sure. Thanks again for your generosity in sending me some flies to test, and the FOTW recipe and tying instructions.
