    Default Broken rod

While helping ny father-in-law drag his 2 man pond boat into a new pond to fish, the tip my 9' 8wt that I built ended up sticking out of the boat just as we pulled the boat past a tree. Rod, tree, and boat cleat rod lost. It broke 21" up from the joint on a 2 pc rod. Time to build a new one.

I'm either going to, coming from or thinking about fishing. Jim
