There are some awesome pictures here in this thread. Like others, my favorite is my favorite because of the story behind it. This isn't my biggest trout or anything like that but it does remind me of my absolute most favorite stream to fish. This is a very over-fished river so I won't name it, but it is back home in Utah. The year this picture was taken was a year I spent at least 2 days (a few hours each time) a week fishing the river and where I really feel like I learned the most about fly fishing. It's a magical river to me and at the time I was fishing it boasted up to 3,000 trout per mile of water. I completely fell in love with fly fishing because of this river.

I miss the river and the fish but will be back again some day. Here's a typical brown caught in my favorite section of the river. Most of them run about 15-17 inches with occasional 18-20 incher and a handful of 12'ers too.
