I have a question for everyone.
Monday was my last day of vacation and I went to Mtn Creek in Mt Holly Springs for some flyfishing diversion. Trouble never comes in ones I guess because
the bamboo rod I was given for Christmas snapped at the bottom of the female ferrule. Go figure... no snags on the water or the trees. It just was casting poorly and on the last cast the top flew off into the creek. I thought at first the ferrule had just come apart but after "reeling" it in the truth become known. It's an ebay South Bend that my brother in law refinished for me.
Is a repair feasible here? I don't think two inches less of length would matter to me.
Thanks
Bernie
