It is the season
It happens every spring. The days get sunny and warm. The snow melts. The rivers run high...................and people drown.
In the last week in our area we have had five rescue call outs and at least two fatalities. This weekend we lost an experienced paddler.
If you just have to get on the water, be safe.
Scout the river
Never go alone
Wear that life preserver or PFD.
Leave the adult beverages in the truck or at home.
Just say'n................drowning can seriously cut into your fishin time.
