very true words, I have heard that before but still holds a lot of weight with me.
I had a terrible loss a few years back and it was impossible to talk about for the longest time. When I finally did, I found far more friends than I ever dreamed of and real relief from the intense grief.

Its not everyone's style to open up nor to hear others but for those who brave it, there is comfort among friends
