    Default fishing near Gettysburg

    I will be in the Hershey, Gettysburg, Pa and Sharpsburg, Md area 05/17 to 05/20. Wondering what is in area that I can get to for a short time while there. Thanks

    Lots of good, well-known streams in the area - Letort, Yellow Breeches, Falling Springs, Big Hunting Creek. Catch a bunch.

    Default gettysburg

    There's a fly fishing only stretch of water on the Conewago that the Northern Va.and Adams co. TU did wonderful restoration work .it's about 5 miles out of town on ,I think> rt 29(i'll have to check that to be sure).There's an old bowling alleyon the right hand side where you can park your car./ Directly across the street is wherr the Fly fishing stretch starts.
