I tie a real realistic looking Ballyhoo for Keys Sailfish and this Flyer was an offshoot of that pattern. So, the first generation of the Flyer worked well and I've just made a few fine tune adjustments and having tied so darn many I'm a lot faster tying them (thank goodness). I've always been tying flies to as closely mimic food sources of my target fish as possible. This one is pretty darn close to the real thing and it has really proven to be a near guarantee each and every time we go offshore.Originally Posted by TyroneFly
