Some interesting tension around that subject. But I suspect that most of the fishermen who fish the lakes in the North Cascades National Park go there as much for the scenery as the fishing and will continue to enjoy what that place has to offer.

North Cascades NP has some incredibly beautiful scenery, if you are willing to work for it. The hike up to Sahale Arm from Cascade Pass takes a while, but the views when you get there are breathtaking. And that is only one of many such places to spend some time and energy at North Cascades.

It will be interesting to see how they resolve the fish stocking issue. Keep us posted, Doug, if you run across updates from KATU.
