    Joni,
    The only way that bend would look better would be if there was fish on the other end. I can hardly wait to take another on my Fenwick 755. Maybe this Saturday.

    The rod is a parabolic McFarland 8' 5 weight, the line is Sharkskin GPX, and he was hitting 70' to 80' constantly. A little park practice, and I agree LOTECH, a finned PROP would complete the picture.

    joe ,
    i have that same rod. i've had it forever it seems. i pulled it out this year and i'm using it whenever possible.i had forgot how wonderful glass rods are.

    I have a McFarland 8' 6 weight that I use for Carping. The hubby built it and his name is ALAN.....so the rod is now called "ALCARPONE"
