oooops....icw Blue Powerade. Testing my memory becaue I like it as well. But I think it says so many servings per bottle...the medium size bottle which I can down in a heartbeat in the summer.....that ONE bottle is 108 carbs. Not counting anything else you consume that day, that's 108 carbs in one shot. One day I drank 3 of them I think....doing hard work in 109 degree sun.....maybe it was 4.

Uh.....I too like tonic and lemon. That's what goes in the gin. Tyflier, thanks for the recommendations on the vodka. ICW commercial truck license I too have a CDL with all endorsements but bus. Tankers, Doubles & Triples, and Hazmat....and also cautious on the DUI thing...even though I don't drive. The limits are indeed strict. My tailgate beer is only at my favorite stream........5 minutes from home on a country road.
