Hello all,
I am new. What all do I need to do to be successful with these fly swaps? I just signed up for my first. It is Jeremy's BWO swap.

One procedure:
Tie your flies. Prepare and attach a tag to each fly that has your name, the fly's name, your email address, FAOL name, and fly recipe. Place flies in a VHS shipping box and address box to yourself. Go to Post Office and have postage put on box. Place box in envelope and mail to Swap Meister.
That helps a lot. I appreciate it, Lou!

Be prepared. Once you get into these things, it becomes an obsession!!!

The most important ingredient of being a successful swapper might be to get your flies in to the swapmeister on time. In my case, anyway.
It's a lot of fun!

maha....welcome to the board and to swapping! The most important thing is.....have fun! Get the flys in on time and communicate with the swapmaster if you can't. This board is blessed with some great tyers and swapmasters that really know how to run things and Im sure you will fit right in.
Hope to swap flys with you sometime.....Jason
