    Default Inexpensvie Mustad Hooks

A while back we had a thread about Capt Hook's warehouse and their cheap prices on hooks. While searching the web for thread I came across the below site that has Mustad hook prices even cheaper than Capt Hook. Also their prices on other fly tying stuff seems quite reasonable. Unfortunately their fly hooks inventory is quite limited.

Here are three examples of hook prices per 100 Hooks. Mustad 3366 2.75
    3399 3.65
    9671 6.95

Ordering was simple using Pay Pal & shipping also within reason. I placed an order and will report back on how they do filling it.

Nothing wrong with chuck and deb's, they do a good business and are very fair. Lot of guys and gals on another board I frequent order from them all the time.

Seems to be a very nice place to buy a few things from. Just wished they had some 3906 hooks.

    Wink Hook, line and sinker

Thought this thread was headed in an other direction....

Now I know how a gullible little panfish must feel after smacking an ornately dressed popper sporting colors that only a circus clown would wear.

I've been burning through a lot of Mustad S71SZ's and C70SD's, which are Inexpensive Mustad Hooks when compared to the Tiemco & Gamakatsu saltwater hooks that I been using.

    Best, Dave

I ran into the same problem, I was using the google chrome browser. I tried the page using internet explorer and it worked fine. They have really good prices on mini jig heads. I grabbed a few, and some hackle patches (cheap).

    Default Final Report

Here is how my order was handled:

    1. Order was placed Thursday AM.

    2. Withing 1 hour I had (1) an Email from PayPal saying they had paid the dealer. (2) an Email from the dealer saying thanks, that they would ship order today and that they had sent PayPal a rebate on the shipping charges and (3) an Email from PayPal that said they had received the rebate.

    3. Shipment was by USPS Priority mail & a tracking code furnished. This confirmed that the shipment left Ohio on the day of order as promised.

    4. Shipment arrived in K Falls, OR, Monday morning and was complete.

In short they delivered as promised. All items ordered were satisfactory.
