Colton Fly Company?
Does anyone here use their products? Any opinions on this? I am looking to pick up a 10 weight, and came across this company, but have never heard of them? any experience with them? I did some reviews online and saw that their reels were given good reviews, but still very little is known.
Any information would be appreciated. Especially around their 9 - 10 weight rods! I am curious to see what the action of their rods are like!

They're nice rods, fast action, and come with an extra tip, (4 piece rods with extra tip = 5 pieces). You see a few here in the NE for stripers and blues in the 9 and 10 weights.
Because they're sold direct it's a bit of a mixed blessing- they sell for substantially less than a comparable rod at retail markups, but are hard to get your hands on to try out unless you're in the metro NY area.
(The owner occasionally does demos in NJ). But if you decide to buy one to try it, there is a no questions asked guarantee "buy and try" type of deal.
