It is sprinkling slightly and 40 degrees here.

I preheated my new grill with a pan full of onions and butter to sink in to grill its
    Maiden Voyage

My wife was angry at me for the purchase 2 days ago but she said it is worth every penny after supper.

Porterhouses and Chicken Breast and Zucchini and Corn On The Cobb

*Three of the neighbors had to come see what I was cooking*

Rainy day in Wisconsin and I am grilling and the aroma was torturing the neighbors.

Nice, but where is the picture of the food?

    Default Menu For Tomorrow

Nurnberger Style Bratwurst- Long and Skinny Nurnberger style German Bratwurst are made from lean pork and beef. They are Fully Cooked and ready for your grill or frying pan. These have a very robust flavor. These are the ones everybody is requesting and waiting for!!

    Munich Weisswurst- Bockwurst
NO CHEMICALS, FILERS, ADDITIVES, SKINS OR MSG. A Bavarian specialty made from the finest cuts of veal and pork with mild spices. Just heat and serve. This is a very tender and super mild bratwurst - use low heat so as not to break open the casing. Great for kids and babies, and people with sensative stomachs

Going to break in the side burner and boil the Weisswurst.

Modified *just simmer gently in a little butter*
    No boiling.

Hold on because I am on the way but have to stop in Ohio to get the dough God, vice thief and that ohiofly guy. Will probably pick up a few other cossacks along the way. I will bring the home made wet bottom shoo-fly pie and dutch apple pie.

Glad you are enjoying the new grill. Now lets eat!

Default Joe Dirt went to fish for Walleye

My lucky fishing partner chose walleye over trout today.
I am currently waiting a call from him.

    Cool Oh NO

don't 'boil the Bockwurst.....just simmer gently in a little butter. Do not overcook! We use to get them in Michigan year round, here just at Easter....

    Default unique taste

they have a very unique flavor. I actually made some in Augsburg Germany once.
Girlfriend of the time had a grand father that was a master butcher in southern
Germany. I helped and we made them from scratch.
