Not to say it's not fake, but Photoshopping a video? That would take quite a while. They'd have to do it frame by frame . . .
Sorry I work for a company involved in graphics industry and sometime get ahead of myself. "Photoshoping" is becoming synonymous with editing or mainipulation of images and video regardless of which actual software is used to achive the end goal. There are multiple video editing programs that could accomplisg this without a whole lot of work.
