Cabela Reel Spool Fitting a Okuma Helios Reel

Some time ago, there was a thread that listed a Cabela reel spool that fit a Okuma Helios reel. Does anyone remember what Cabela reel that was??

I sort of remember reading that but I don't think it was the Helios......pretty sure it was a different model.

I'm pretty sure it was for a Helios, as I had just bought one, but didn't think at that time that I'd be interested in an additional spool. Ha!, now I am...

I went thru the threads but couldn't find that particular thread. I think it was about two years ago??

I believe the Okuma Sierra 4/5 reel spools are interchangeable with the Cabela's Prestige Plus reels in the same size.

That's because they're the same reel with a different name on it.

Bass Pro does/did have one that was also a rebadged Okuma Sierra.
