Opening web page

Is anyone else experiencing a very slow opening home page for FAOL? The Christmas graphic tries to load and everything comes to a stop. I am running Vista Home Prem (it came iwth the laptop).

I had to change my home page to another site so I could get on the internet.

Thoughts??

Sorry, it is a large java file. Let it load once, your cache should hold it.

seemed to stall out this morning when I opened it. I figured it was a large dose of MBs and let it load once. Since then no problem. It is pretty though. Merry Christmas, Jim

It is nice. I made this many years ago just for this week in the year. The snow even changes directions and intensity and there are different size snow flakes too.

Every since I changed my browser from Internet Explorer to Google Chrome, ALL the pages of the sites I visit open very quickly, ESPECIALLY this one.

With all the security issues rumored with Internet Explorer, Google Chrome or Fire Fox seem to be a better way to go at this time.

Try it, I think you will see a HUGE difference. I was ready to buy a new computer,mine was getting so slow. It is fine now.

Nope.................seems as slow as ever Actually it's quite fast......even on my 3G phone!!
