Nice job to all of the tiers. Anyone that knows me knows i am a true "soft hackle" addict. The flies in these pics are some first rate quailty flies

This was my first swap - and the first time anyone besides bassman, who taught the fly tying class my wife and I took, has seen any of my attempts at tying flies. I'm looking for feedback as to how I can improve. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
JohnR
John, your flies were fantastic. I have your set here on my desk. John
I wish you all everlasting flies and tight lines.
JohnR,
All the flies that I received were great, yours included. As to the question of what can you do to improve your tying, when I teach a tying class I tell my students that the best way to improve is to tie often, every day if possible. It is also a good idea to attend tying shows when possible and watch others tie. We can always learn from others, if we keep an open mind. As Yogi Bera said, "you can observe a lot just by watching!"
