Here's a shot of our Thanksgiving Dinner. It was dinner for two, and we have lots of leftovers. Cornish Game Hens in a Dutch Oven. I called them the world's smallest turkeys in a pot. They were made with potatoes, carrots, onions & cabbage. We also had biscuits and a Mediterranean salad. For desert was cherry pie with vanilla ice cream. Man, am I full. Happy Thanksgiving.
