Hi Eric,

Super job. Like the tutorials that Ronn Lucas has written they are flies that I may never attempt to tie, but also like his tutorials, I very much enjoy reading them.

Ronn advised me by Email several years ago that I would eventually get into Salmon Flies, so I guess you never know, but I fundamentally am a fly tyer for "fishing" rather than for display purposes. (I have done some of the latter, however.) It seems like I am never convinced that there are enough flies in my fly boxes, even though I will never be able to fish all of the flies I have now.

At any rate, the first half of your tutorial, which was in this weeks FAOL, was superp. You did a great job, and I very much enjoyed reading it. Keep up the great work. You do a good job of writing.
