    Default Bloody Bugger

The Bloody Bugger is simply a Black Wolley Bugger with red in the body and tail. I use red crystal flash in the tail and also wind it around the under body before I wind the hackle toward the eye of the hook. A conehead or bead is also recommended

    Big browns love this fly

Nice looking fly and beautiful fish. I sure hope those photos don't represent an age progression of the same angler over this past season

    spinner1,

Nice fly and great fish. Used a black woolly bugger except tail and wrapped body was Crystal Flash instead of red to catch my trout (27" big brown) of a lifetime last year. Love those buggers. Have to try some in red also.
