Question Woolly Bugger pattern in Joe Hyde's article

Anyone recognize the woolly bugger pattern in Joe Hyde's article this week? It looks fishy in that picture. I am guessing the tail is some kind of hair? And the body is .....herl...or ...some other kind of hair? I sure would like to tie up some of those and try them on some big browns in my home waters.
