    Smile Tying Scissors???

I have about 10 different tying scissors that I have purchased over the years. I really cann't say I have found a scissors that really is the "one that does the job?

What have you found that that really does the job? Dr. Slick others?

    Thanks,

While I have several brands, I keep going back to my Anvil Mini Accu-Tip.

I'd been using Dr. Slicks since I started tying, but last spring bought a pair of Anvil Ice #60A Slimline Longreach scissors. They're all I use now.

    Hi,

Gretchen and I have been using the Wiss Clips for the last 15 years and I used them for another 10 years before we got married. They have served us well. Take care & ...

I like Dr. slick tungsten 4" scissors, I use Ghinger nips for smaller work.

Sierra Trading Post has a couple pairs of the Dr. Slick on sale for a great price. At $4.50 I'm willing to take a chance on another pair for the bench. Worth a look at least...

What a bottomless pit this was for me. I bought a cheap pair that I thought would do the job, followed by another cheap pair, followed by, followed by and followed yet again. I wish that I would have just bit the bullet and bought a set of tungsten edged scissors from the get go and never look back. I do like the Anvil Ice scissors and the micro tipped Dr. Slick's those are both acceptable for me.

These are a good price for tungsten ones: http://cgi.ebay.com/NEW-THREE-FLY-TY...d=p3286.c0.m14

I got a pair of the older small Thompson scissors that are top-shelf. Wish I could find another pair.
