I love George Grant's flies. He was a true Montana original! His two books: "The Master Fly Weaver" and Montana Trout Flies" record the history of Montana tying. I will cherish my copies. Grant was the founder of the Big Hole River Foundation and spent his remaining days in conservation efforts to protect that river. A humble man who should have received a lot more attention than he did.
May he fish the Big Hole in peace and slip quietly around his favorite bend in the morning mist.
My condolences to his family.
